Track your portal requests

If you have access to Portals and want to track your open requests and see their status, you can do it by clicking the My requests tab in the Portals left-hand navigation. The read-only list will display all your requests showing the ongoing ones first and completed later. You can also sort the requests (workflow instances) by start and update times.

If you are a regular user of the entire Next Matter portal, you can click on each request and see the details of each instance. If you decide the request is no longer needed, you can also stop or delete it.

Track your team’s requests

This is a beta feature. Contact us to try it out.
You can find the requests started by your team members in the Team requests section of the Portal’s page.
Team requests show all the requests coming from teammates in the teams you are a member of. This helps you track the requests and not duplicate them.
Team requests only show the requests from team members other than yourself. You can find your requests in My requests.
To see Team requests, open Portals in the left-hand navigation, and if your team opens a request, it will automatically show in the team section. Click the instances to view their progress (only available if instance tracing has been enabled by your admin). If needed, you can export the requests to a CSV file with the Export to CSV button. Note that you will not see the Team request section when there are no team requests. Team Requests section on the Portals page

Filter open tasks

If you have access to Workflows > Overview you can click the Open tasks tab and filter the list by Assignee. This way, you’ll find all tasks that you need to take care of that haven’t been yet completed.
